Our Employee Care colleagues ensure that specialists and executives feel comfortable during their assignments with our client companies and that everything runs smoothly. They also make sure the redeployment process works seamlessly – contributing directly to Hays’ success.

Here’s what you can expect: 

As a Care Specialist, you’ll be the main point of contact for project employees in your area. From onboarding to offboarding, you’ll assist them with all HR-related questions – whether about contracts, employment law, or time tracking.  

You’ll ensure all documents are complete and work closely with internal teams such as Legal, Payroll, and Health & Safety. Through regular check-ins – by phone or over coffee – you’ll stay up to date and make sure all compliance requirements are met. 

By actively managing relationships, you’ll build a strong network and provide valuable insights for our Key Account Management – for example, about new projects or personal recommendations. Towards the end of a project, you’ll coordinate extensions or support redeployment by promoting profiles internally and assisting with interviews. In short: You’ll create a positive candidate experience and smooth transitions.
