Your entry opportunities: 

At Hays Recruiting, you have several ways to start: You can join our Sales teams as a Recruiting Specialist or begin in Active Sourcing within our central recruiting unit, the Delivery Centre. 

You’ll help fill open positions at our client companies with the right professionals – making a direct contribution to our team’s success.

What to expect:

Working closely with (Key) Account Managers, you’ll manage the entire recruitment process – from initial research and active sourcing to contract signing. You’ll ensure an efficient process and a positive candidate experience.  

After an internal team briefing on requirements and conditions, you’ll dive in: searching our talent pool and social media for suitable experts. Through profile checks and interviews, you’ll make sure the match is right. You’ll create a solid shortlist, negotiate salaries or hourly rates, and prepare CVs professionally for our clients. 

Throughout the process, you’ll stay in touch with candidates, provide updates, keep things moving, and ensure reliability – even when timelines stretch. Once the contract is signed, you’ll hand over smoothly to our Employee Care colleagues.
