How it works

Our application process is simple and straightforward. From the time we receive your application to the decision, it usually takes only a few weeks.

Your contact person from our internal recruiting team will keep you informed about the next steps throughout the entire process and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Application Process

  2. Apply

    The easiest way to apply is directly through our job postings. As soon as we receive your application, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours. This will include a link to your personal tracking page, where you can check the current status of your application at any time.

  4. Phone Interviews

    If your application convinces us, the first step will be a phone interview. During this call, we want to learn more about you and your motivation. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to ask us questions and find out whether Hays is the right company for you. Please allow about 30 minutes for the conversation.

  6. Interviews

    After a successful phone interview, we usually invite you to one or two personal interviews – either via Microsoft Teams or at one of our offices. Each interview typically lasts about 60 to 90 minutes. It is important to us that we get to know each other well to ensure that our expectations align.
