Responsibilities
- Creative Designer (Exterior / Interior)
- Create and develop highly emotional, industry leading exterior design proposals
- Creation of Design Bandwidth and it's development to final surface release design solutions for Exterior Design projects
- Execute exterior / interior designs of vehicle programs meeting the product definition, timing and cost targets
- Create Design Vision models for relevant Design DNA Quadrants
- Efficient use of company resources by applying digital/analog tools to create exterior design proposals
- Support of senior management reviews with 2 and 3D exterior design proposals
- Develop appropriate presentations for senior management reviews
- Using appropriate technologies to deliver best in class Exteriors / Interiors
- Develop all programs to the given timing plans
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or a related field
- Team-oriented working Key accountabilities / Collaborative Mindset both inside and outside Design
- Curious mind / Innovation mindset
- A very good design Understanding
- Very good Organization skills
- Very good English skills (oral and written form)
