DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Improve edge application developers experience (workflow, SDK, …) and support project teams in developing and packaging containerized applications running on the embedded Edge Devices using best practices
- Develop and maintain containerized development environments using Docker or Podman to streamline workflows
- Implement and manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, integrating DevOps best practices
- Utilize Kubernetes APIs for orchestrating container deployments, ensuring scalable and efficient application management
- Work with embedded environments including constraint devices, Yocto build system, and ARM-based hardware (Cortex A), applying appropriate software architecture and design patterns
Profile
- University or higher technical college degree in computer science or engineering
- Proven experience in developing and managing containerized environments using Docker or Podman
- A strong background in configuring and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines with a focus on DevOps
- Familiarity with Kubernetes APIs for deploying and orchestrating containers in scalable environments
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems, including working with Yocto build systems and ARM-based hardware (Cortex A), is beneficial
