IT Supporter (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Logs and input data for systems and solutions that our core engineering team develop
- The freelancer is expected to be working on active troubleshooting and providing runbook driven fixes
- Consulting for ongoing operational tasks and daily support issues, focusing on system stability and data consistency.
- Contribute to the maintenance and extension of reusable runbooks, ensuring efficient and standardised operational procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues for our internal Business users, analysing system logs and data flows.
- Consults stakeholders and engineering teams to implement effective technical solutions and support strategies.
Profile
- Fluent english
- SQL & JSON Knowledge
- Familiarity with Google Workspace solutions - Sheets, Docs, etc.
- Personal pet projects
- Python scripting
- Understanding about REST API
- Interest in AI (super optional)
- Understanding of eCommerce
