Project lawyer Compliance / antitrust law (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- You review subcontractors and platforms for potential collusion
- You assess possible price-fixing or market-sharing agreements
- You analyze internal communications for content relevant to antitrust law and develop corresponding, legally compliant guidelines
- You train employees and managers
- You support affected departments and internal interfaces in implementing EU requirements and during internal investigations
Profile
- You have successfully completed your law degree
- You already have experience in the field of compliance, ideally with overlaps in antitrust law
- Experience working in an international environment is desirable
- You speak English at a professional negotiation level; additional languages are an advantage
- A valid work and residence permit, as well as a place of residence in Germany, are also beneficial
