Project Lawyer Labour Law / Compliance (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- You carefully review and analyze contract models with freelancers and subcontractors, for example, to identify potential false self-employment
- You assess cross-border issues, such as social security matters, and monitor current country-specific legal developments
- You create templates and guidelines and train employees accordingly
- You support ongoing labor law cases and coordinate with external law firms
Profile
- You have successfully completed your law degree as a German or international lawyer (m/f/d)
- You already have experience in labor law, ideally with overlaps in the field of compliance
- Experience working in an international environment is desirable
- You speak English at a professional negotiation level; additional languages are an advantage
- A valid work and residence permit, as well as a place of residence in Germany, are also beneficial
