Responsibilities

  • You carefully review and analyze contract models with freelancers and subcontractors, for example, to identify potential false self-employment
  • You assess cross-border issues, such as social security matters, and monitor current country-specific legal developments
  • You create templates and guidelines and train employees accordingly
  • You support ongoing labor law cases and coordinate with external law firms

Profile

  • You have successfully completed your law degree as a German or international lawyer (m/f/d)
  • You already have experience in labor law, ideally with overlaps in the field of compliance
  • Experience working in an international environment is desirable
  • You speak English at a professional negotiation level; additional languages are an advantage
  • A valid work and residence permit, as well as a place of residence in Germany, are also beneficial
