SAP Program Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Migration from Tagetik to SAP Group Reporting and SAP Financial Planning as the central platform for group reporting and planning
- Implementation and optimization of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) to ensure consistent and high-quality master data processes
- Integration and implementation of IFRS 16 requirements in the new SAP-based reporting and planning system
- Planning, managing, and monitoring as a program manager
- Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and synergies across projects
- Collaborating with business departments, IT teams, C-Level and external service providers
Profile
- Solid experience with SAP Group Reporting and SAP Financial Planning, ideally within migration or implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), particularly in the area of financial master data
- Understanding of IFRS 16 requirements and their implementation within SAP systems
- Experience in migrating reporting and planning solutions, e.g., from Tagetik to SAP
- Structured and independent working style with strong communication skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
