Accountant in Spain (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for Spain and Italy, in compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as auditors and tax authorities to support audits and tax submissions
- Oversee accounting processes (AR, AP, GL) and ensure the integrity of reported figures, working closely with the shared service center
Profile
- Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally within a multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory accounting, with hands-on experience in preparing financial statements
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced English communication skills
- Nice to have: Spanish and Spanish GAAP
