Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of digital projects, from developing business cases and project plans to managing timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, resources, and external solution providers to ensure project milestones are met
  • Actively manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and change management activities to drive project success and user adoption
  • Oversee or conduct system implementation, testing, and training sessions as needed
  • Research and assess emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, automation) to identify new opportunities for improving procurement processes.
  • Align potential solutions with the overall digital strategy and technical architecture of the Roche IT environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams across the organization, including D2P ART (Demand-to-Pay), other
  • Procurement teams, and IT
  • Partner with external solution providers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation or IT projects within procurement
  • Proven track record of managing projects with a digitalization focus or enterprise software solutions
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and the digital tools that support them
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Englischkenntnisse
