Digital Project Manager Procurement Solutions (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of digital projects, from developing business cases and project plans to managing timelines and budgets
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, resources, and external solution providers to ensure project milestones are met
- Actively manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and change management activities to drive project success and user adoption
- Oversee or conduct system implementation, testing, and training sessions as needed
- Research and assess emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, automation) to identify new opportunities for improving procurement processes.
- Align potential solutions with the overall digital strategy and technical architecture of the Roche IT environment.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams across the organization, including D2P ART (Demand-to-Pay), other
- Procurement teams, and IT
- Partner with external solution providers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- Experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation or IT projects within procurement
- Proven track record of managing projects with a digitalization focus or enterprise software solutions
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and the digital tools that support them
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
