Engineering Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- You will manage the R&D team (product development and customer projects)
- You will ensure the development of the portfolio in collaboration with external development and prototyping partners
- You will work closely with the CEO and be part of the management team
- You will keep an eye on the market
Your profile
- Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering preferable
- Experience managing a team between 5 to 15 people
- Profound experience in product development in the mechanical engineering industry
- Knowledge of kinematics and electronics and automation
- Good communication skills in English and French
- Experienced in the machine industry
