Control Engineer (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Implement the development practices and rules as defined in the Train Control support plans
- Formulate a low voltage and software control design solutions that fulfils the specified customer requirements
- Deliver Functional Design Description, Electrical Schemes and Electrical Products definition (with the support of the Electrical Lead Engineer) in compliance with Engineering QCD (quality, cost, delay) commitments
- Handle Change Request related to the function
- Deliver Interface Control Document for sub system
- Supplier interface
- Occasionally, support during train integration and validation
Your profile
- BA degree (MA/ PhD degree are a plus)
- Extensive relevant work experience (relevant work experience with BSc degree but flexible)
- Experience in electrical, electro-mechanical and automation (PLC) engineering is required
- Hands-on experience in design & development software or using model-based development tools like Matlab/ Simulink
- Experience in electrical and schematic design activities is valuable
- Knowledge of network technologies and Ethernet and other industrial communication network is beneficial
- Fluent in English and German
