Responsibilities

  • As Insurance Claims Manager, you will lead and develop a skilled team, driving alignment and performance within the company’s insurance area to match the growth of the company. You will play a central role in ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of approx. 10–12 experienced insurance professionals
  • Drive process improvements
  • Ensure full compliance with Danish FSA regulations and internal policies
  • Act as the control tower for insurance performance, profitability, and governance.
  • Strengthen collaboration across internal stakeholders and external insurance partners
  • Use data and reporting to enhance decision-making and transparency
  • Identify and implement operational and product improvements

Profile

You bring a strong mix of strategic insight, operational understanding, and people leadership skills. You thrive on developing others and creating alignment in complex environments.

 Your background includes:
 • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, or claims,
 • Proven leadership experience within a regulated or operational setting• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities
 • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance compliance, service, and profitability
 • Fluent in Danish and EnglishPersonal traits:
 • Clear, structured, and empathetic leader
 • Pragmatic, resilient, and adaptable to change
 • Excellent communicator who creates trust and ownership
 • Hands-on, analytical, and comfortable balancing detail with direction
