Document Controller (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Maintain an efficient document management system (M-Files)
- Manage revision control and distribution of technical documentation
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of documentation per project milestones
- Coordinate validation, approval, and modification workflows
- Support internal and external teams with documentation needs
- Facilitate document exchange with external stakeholders (suppliers, customers)
- Identify and implement improvements to document control processes
- Provide training on M-Files and document control procedures to users and new joiners
- Provide occasional support to front desk/reception as required
Profile
- Technical background or familiarity with technical documentation
- First experience with technical documentation and electronic document management systems based on Metadata (e.g.M-Files)
- Experience in a Project Management environment, ability to coordinate customers and suppliers
- Experience with MS Office (especially Excel), MS Project
- Fluent english language skills, german language skills are advantageous
- Organization and communication skills, multitasking, trustworthy, ability to work in a team, attention to detail and accuracy
