Requirements Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Elicit and structure requirements in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Create specifications and use cases
- Support prioritization and validation of requirements
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility
- Participate in workshops and review meetings
Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- Experience in requirements engineering
- Familiarity with methodologies such as UML, BPMN or user stories
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Fluent in German and English
