Requirements Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Take on the role of Requirements Engineer in a leasing-focused project landscape
- Perform technical analysis and preparation of business requirements in an agile project environment
- Create and maintain user stories for development teams
- Support developers by answering technical questions during implementation
- Plan ahead and prepare content for upcoming sprints
- Act as an interface between business and IT
- Use common tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and occasionally Postman
Profile
- Strong technical understanding and high willingness to learn
- Experience working with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Hands-on mentality and a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent English skills
- Experience in leasing, financing, or banking industry is highly beneficial
- IREB certification is a plus
- Know-how in React, AngularJS, or Java is considered an advantage
