Responsibilities

  • Be the face of the Workplace Team, acting as the go-to for all workplace-related support and requests
  • Partner with vendors, contractors, and the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery (think hospitality, operations, catering, visitor and customer experience)
  • Support onsite events and community engagement, fostering connection and engagement across teams
  • Be responsible for key processes tied to the employee lifecycle: onboarding tours, knowledge management, workplace communications, and employee experience
  • Ensure our Munch hub remains a comfortable, functional, and inspiring space, always with a wow factor
  • Uphold and evolve our visitor policy, office policies, and daily operations in line with global standards
  • Travel management for local leaders and light calendar management

Profile

  • Solid experience in workplace operations, hospitality, events, or a related customer experience-focused role
  • A strong hospitality mindset, you thrive on delivering great service and creating welcoming, people-first experiences
  • Confidence in event planning and coordination, including managing logistics, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and positively in English (German advantageous)
  • Strong vendor management skills with a knack for negotiation and service quality oversight
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day can look different
  • You genuinely enjoy creating great spaces and moments that bring people together
