Application Specialist (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Training, guidance and support to end users
- Controlling the access to the system
- Understand how end users are using the application, collects feedback and identifies areas of improvement
- Drafting requirements and testing new features
- Supports the maintenance and updating of documentation and procedures
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Your profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Engineering, Science, Business Management, IT
- Experience in the requested area (Application specialist), first experience in requested area is required
- Strong communication skills
- IT skills are a must, should learn quick and be comfortable with different software tools
- Language skills: English business fluent
