Your responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the bid team to develop and implement tender strategies for public and private clients.
- Review contractual documentation, assess potential risks, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Negotiate with customers and third-party sub-contractors.
- Shape collaboration models with partners, subcontractors, and stakeholders while crafting relevant agreements.
- Provide critical support to Project Managers in leading contract-related aspects, ensuring all project team members are well-versed in associated risks and opportunities.
- Oversee and manage contractual risks, handle variations, claims, payment requests, and monitor essential project milestones.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Law, or another relevant field. Technical background with strong legal/contractual skills is also preferred.
- Experience in contract management based on EU Utilities Directive, both in tender and execution phases.
- Familiarity with various construction and supply contracts, preferably in offshore wind sector.
- Proficiency in FIDIC-contracts.
- Excellent negotiation skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong English proficiency and communication skills.
