Hardware Designer RF (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Design and verification of 4G/5G mobile communication modules for application in telematics control units
- Application, optimization, verification of V2x, GNSS, WiFi, BT, SDARS, Broadcast Tuner
- Optimization of frontend modules
- Analyze customer specifications and develop function blocks to meet customer’s requirements
- Characterization of modules and components, design verification and support during production testing
- Documentation and presentation of results to internal and external customers
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering with focus on RF or a comparable degree
- Proven practical experience in RF design such as PA, LNA, mixer and antenna, RF measurements and characterization
- Extensive design experience with tools such as ADS, MWO, Genesys or comparable
- Good knowledge of RF PCB layout and layout tools (Cadence, Zuken or similar)
- C++ and Python skills are an advantage
- Soft skills: very good communication skills, ability to work in a team, solution oriented, ability to work independently, self-organized
- Good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English language
