Your responsibilities

  • Negotiation Skills: Utilize your strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to identify strategic sourcing opportunities.
  • Procurement Process: Lead end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to contract negotiation.
  • Vendor Relationships: Maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
  • Cost Savings Initiatives: Implement cost-saving initiatives within the procurement process.
  • Risk Management: Apply risk management techniques to support our broader procurement strategy.
  • Budget and Forecasting: Develop and own category input for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Facility Service Agreements. 

Your profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
  • Certifications (Preferred): APICS, ACE, CPM, CPIM, CPSM, AS9100, CSCP, PMI, NAPM, C.P.M.
  • Relevant Experience: in a procurement buyer role, demonstrating successful project management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing procurement activities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Business Fluently in English.

Salary information

  • The compensation for this position is at least 60.000 € gross per month. An overpayment is possible, depending on qualifications and experience.
