Project Assistant IT Platform Development (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Takeover of project management Tasks. (e.g. Timeline / Scope planning)
- Support of the Lead Platform Owner on daily organizational and administrative tasks
- Working with different agile & documentation tools. (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Mural)
- Communication with internal and external Stakeholders
- Preparation and follow-up of events and meetings incl. support in the preparation of presentation documents
Your profile
- Business administration, Business informatics or similar degree
- Experience in Project Management preferably IT projects
- Very good knowledge of German and English desirable Chinese
- Interest in IT topics & technologies
- Professional experience in the automotive industry is desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Confident appearance and high service orientation
- Team and communication skills
- High degree of independence and commitment
- Driving License
