Your responsibilities
- Through novel Multiplexer topology research or co-design with acoustic physic expert or synthesis methodology research to achieve industry-leading multiplexer performance;
- Novel Multiplexer topology research and synthesis research
- Sourcing and Cooperating with the academic or industrial partners to achieve the advanced technology;
- Creating and executing technology roadmap to aim the competitive advantage in future in Filter domain;
- Filter design patent layout;
Your profile
- Multiple years of experience in SAW/TC-SAW filter design and development or in production processes.
- Experience in high-performance SAW technology innovation.
- Experience in filter performance optimization methods, having unique insights in high Q-value, low TCF, and high power handling features.
- Experience in the development of multiplexer modules.
- Familiar with high-performance SAW filter materials and production processes.
- Familiar with the technical innovation in the industry on high-performance SAW filter. Familiar with SAW filter raw material suppliers and processing equipment manufacturers.
- Knowledge of electronic circuit theory and design; linear and non-linear circuit simulations (ADS etc.), optimization, measurements; electromagnetic evaluation (CST). Programming skills, such as MATLAB.
- Familiar with development of acoustic filter simulation tools based on FEM, COM or BVD models.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good at team work, international team coordination and cooperation ability, available for business travel on request.
