Senior Specialist - eCommerce (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Expert advisor on SAP Hybris and good know-how of additional applications (e.g, SAP S/4HANA MM / SD)
- You create complex conceptual blueprint designs for IT development.
- You identify interdependencies between integrated applications, especially SAP MM / SD / TMS / DVH, and provide expert-level support for problem resolution.
- You lead various process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
- You work within the framework of the project management standards in close collaboration with CX departments, IT colleagues & business partners, which completes the job profile.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have SAP Hybris expertise. Good knowledge of ERP (SAP S/4HANA) , PCM (Product Content Management), OMM (Order Management), Price/Promotion Engine, and Search capabilities
- Integration expertise with non-SAP systems and SaaS providers
- A highly analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- You bring a balance of business and technology acumen, including the ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to business problems
- Verbal and written proficiency in English. German and other European languages are a plus
