Teamlead SAP Business Integration (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders on all levels of the organization, including management, business process owners, and end-users in the business areas Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing, to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for process innovation
- Lead a team of business consultants interacting with the business process owners on a day-to-day basis
- Manage and prioritize the implementation of new SAP solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. In particular drive delivery of the new S/4 HANA system as part of the larger program and enhancements for the existing ECC system
- Determine and implement strategies to ensure that the business processes are effective and efficient
- Support in defining Operations Model for the new S/4 HANA system
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SAP solutions and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations
- Support PMIs (Post Merger Integrations) and Due Diligences for M&A activities in the area of SAP-supported processes
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in delivering through IT service suppliers in an outsourced set-up
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and patterns
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Proven experience as a team lead
