Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with CRM Business and CRM IT teams and business stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, and translate them into deliverable technical designs
- Suggest and take responsibility for developing solutions that are using features available on the Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms, and are aligned with Salesforce best practices as well as internal Corporate IT Standards and CRM vision
- Provide daily technical support and system training on internal Salesforce solutions for CRM Business team and business counter parts
- Take responsibility and solve CRM trouble tickets raised on ServiceNow. Work with other team members and external partners, as needed, to resolve tickets and communicate requests in due time and with quality ensuring continuous high user satisfaction
Your profile
- A degree in IT, business administration or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in business IT system administration as well as understanding of software developent lifecycle
- Proven hands-on Salesforce development and administration across Sales and Service clouds, experience implementing complex Flow automations, Lightning Page customization, and data modeling preferred
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component, and inbound/outbound REST API development experience is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of English, every further language is a plus
