Your responsibilities

  • Provide implementation and operational management support for the software application
  • Works under the guidance of Business Application Manager/ Business Application Lead to accomplish his/her responsibilities related to the assigned application(s)
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve business application capability and processes supported by the application
  • Clearly and effectively communicate application modifications, changed processes and problem-solving results to affected groups and leadership
  • Provides support in investigation of reported incidents that involve applications' abnormalities, failures or defects
  • Supports the implementation of technical and/or procedural improvements to ensure effective use of application
  • Promptly respond to urgent technical issues regarding system failures and escalate as necessary
  • Assist in development of training content, guides and associated documentation, that helps onboard the users on the assist application(s)
  • Participates in cross-functional groups focused on improving/maintaining high data quality in the assigned application(s)

Your profile

  • Minimum Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience in the clinical trial field
  • Business or system analysis or analytical experience
  • Comprehensive experience analyzing and solving business situations
  • Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and demonstrated expert data management skills including working knowledge of cross-functional areas
  • In-depth understanding of Agile methodology
  • Profound English skills
  • Experience with Diagnostics and/or Pharmaceutical Information Systems desirable
  • Clinical trial related technology experience desirable
  • Comprehensive understanding of clinical development process desirable
