Atlassian Delivery Owner Jira & Confluence (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Delivery Owner Lead to coordinate project schedules, scope, and development
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring transparency and responsiveness to changing needs
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between development teams and business stakeholders
- Unlock the broader potential of the Jira Cloud platform
- Optimize Jira workflows and promote agile best practices to improve project delivery
- Identify opportunities for innovation and suggest improvementsto enhance functionality and user experience
- Utilize advanced reporting and analytics tools to derive insights from Jira data (e.g., KPI dashboards)
- Leverage advanced knowledge of the Structure by Tempo module for tracking operational delivery plans
- Utilize JQL (Jira Query Language) and Rich Filters for enhanced data querying and visualization
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Profile
- Proven experience in agile delivery and backlog management
- Strong understanding of Jira Cloud and Confluence, including architecture, configuration, and optimization
- Experience with Jira automation, reporting, and integration tools
- Advanced knowledge of JQL, Structure by Tempo and Rich Filters
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead agile teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives
