Freelance Platform Application Consultant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Assess and advise on the purchase or renewal of application modules, evaluating feasibility within existing application capabilities
- Identify and analyze business requirements and data in collaboration with stakeholders, translating them into concrete application solutions
- Participate in the creation of functional designs and the configuration of applications based on architectural models
- Maintain close communication with clients and project management
- Contribute to the translation from functional to technical design, including the creation of user stories and epics
- Act as a subject matter expert in epics, providing input for business cases and solution direction
- Initiate and support improvement projects, including testing and rollout of updated applications
- Serve as the go-to expert for assigned applications, ensuring proper implementation and documentation
- Ensure knowledge bases are up to date and that standards and methodologies are followed
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and end users / Handle complex, multi-dimensional issues and provide cross-domain recommendations
Profile
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong knowledge of applications in relevant focus areas (e.g., workplace productivity, IT4IT processes)
- Experience with application interfacing and integration
- Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder communication and advisory skills
