Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Coordination
  • Overall responsibility for team performance, task allocation and prioritization
  • Point of escalation for complex issues across all domains
  • Work Council and Labor Relations
  • Handling of labor law disputes, social plans, and coordination with legal and external counsel
  • Oversight and strategy for IP notifications and collective agreements
  • Compliance and Governance
  • Oversee audits, reporting obligations, and HR compliance strategy
  • HR Budget and Planning
  • Drive salary adjustment planning, HR cost control, and headcount planning
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Interface with business leaders, finance, and EMEA HR leads

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in a multinational environment
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Proven experience in managing Works Councils and complex labor relations
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
