- Execution of goods orders via Fiori according to templates
- Creation of documents (invitation letters, cover letters) and queries (follow-up of returns) according to template
- Obtaining information and research (company information from the commercial register, market information, queries of company data e.g. Schufa)
- Travel planning according to information sheet and creation of travel expense reports
- Preparation of goods receipt postings
- Creation of a purchasing report
- Appointment coordination according to template
Profile
- Experience in operational purchasing
- Good knowledge of Fiori
