Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR business partner, working closely with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives across multiple countries
  • Lead organizational design initiatives to build future-ready structures that support growth and operational efficiency
  • Drive transformation and change management programs, including M&A integrations and cultural development efforts
  • Develop and implement talent strategies that ensure succession planning, workforce diversity, and long-term capability building
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify skill gaps and support career development for mid-level and senior employees
  • Champion employee engagement by designing initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and foster a strong organizational culture
  • Provide data-driven insights and HR analytics to support strategic decision-making and improve workforce planning
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies across all relevant geographies
  • Support and coach managers in handling performance, compensation, and career development topics
  • Contribute to HR process excellence by continuously improving service delivery and supporting budget planning and governance

Profile

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA from a top-tier institution is preferred
  • Solid professional experience in HR, experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role in an international environment
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and transformation projects, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate it into effective people initiatives
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid knowledge of European labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using HR data and tools to drive decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems; familiarity with HR analytics platforms advantageous
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
  • High level of integrity, resilience, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
