PMO (ZTNA) (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between application owners and the ZTNA onboarding team to ensure smooth coordination
- Maintain trackers and dashboards to monitor onboarding status, progress and potential risks
- Support scheduling of onboarding workshops, testing sessions and review meetings
- Gather application requirements and business context to support the onboarding process
- Assist with documentation, including policy approvals, user guides and onboarding records
- Coordinate with change management and communications teams to align messaging and updates
- Prepare weekly reports, KPIs and executive summaries to provide visibility into onboarding progress
- Drive the guided onboarding process for both internal and external applications into the ZTNA platform
- Conduct onboarding sessions with application owners, guiding them through each required step
- Validate access policies and test connectivity, collect feedback, and escalate issues to technical teams
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Solid experience in IT support, PMO, or business analysis roles
- Familiarity with enterprise IT tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and identity/access management
