Project Leader for Relocation (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth project progress, including resource management, scheduling, and communication for a relocation/moving project
- Creation and continuous updating of the overall project schedule in coordination with all project managers
- Continuous review and refinement of role understanding within internal and external workstreams
- Resource planning and role assignment across all workstreams
- Ensuring effective communication within all workstreams
- Establishment and maintenance of 360° communication with all relevant key stakeholders
- Organization, moderation, and follow-up (including MoMs) of global and local meetings
- Monitoring, measuring, and reporting of the project budget
- Documentation and decision-making in SteerCo, monthly, and other relevant meetings
- Communication of the schedule and relevant risks to the global SteerCo
Profile
- Background in project management and facility management
- Background in relocation management
- Background in office change
- Background in electrical/chemical laboratories
- Fluent German AND English skills
