Project Manager System implementation (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Assessment of existing key management processes (e.g. portfolio steering, strategy deployment, product governance, policy management) and gap analysis
- GPM-specific system design based on TRATON requirements (interfaces, existing material and practices, etc.) and ISO 9001 principles
- Implementation roadmap with clear phases (preparation, rollout, preparation for certification)
- GPM Management System structure (outlining scope, processes, R&Rs, governance, control mechanisms)
- Clarified roles, responsibilities, and interfaces (RACI charts, governance matrices)
- Set of controlled documents and templates: content and process descriptions, standard operating procedures, document control procedures, management review template, etc.
- Established Change Management process
Profile
- Quality and comprehensiveness of the proposed solution and cost-effectiveness and value for money
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliverables
- Proficiency in languages (English, German)
- Proven experience in developing and certifying Management Systems
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to provide ongoing support and maintenance
