Responsibilities

  • Managing assigned roles throughout the recruitment process using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Workday
  • Coordinating complex interview schedules across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and Hiring Managers
  • Organizing and confirming all interview stages via the ATS, including sending invitations and updates to all parties involved
  • Reviewing job advertisements for quality and providing suggestions to improve visibility through job board search engine optimization
  • Ensuring all candidate data in the ATS is accurate, up to date, and that applicants are regularly informed about their application status
  • Generating employment contracts for offers across the EMEA region
  • Maintaining offline data in compliance with GDPR regulations
  • Supporting the team with data analysis and report generation to enable informed decision-making

Profile

  • Previous experience in a recruitment-related role such as Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Assistant, or HR Administrator
  • Proficiency in using an ATS Workday with a strong focus on data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively
  • Quick adaptability to new systems, tools, and processes
  • Experience working with data and generating reports to support team decisions
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain processes and system functionalities
