Scrum Master (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- As a Scrum Master, you will hands-on coach two teams within the Information Technology & Processes business
- You actively drive the adoption and continuous improvement of lean and agile principles and methodologies, ensuring alignment with agile transformation
- You facilitate agile ceremonies, supporting impediment removal and enabling the team to reach the next level of agile maturity
- You train and mentor stakeholders on the efficient adoption of agile methodology (according to SAFe)
- You partner with Scrum Masters/Team Coaches, Release Train Engineers and the agile transformation team to develop and implement industry's best practices
Profile
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)in economics, (business) informatics and/or organizational development
- Professional experience as Scrum Master / Team Coach
- Extensive knowledge and HandsOn experience with Scrum and SAFe including certification (PSM, SAFe Scrum Master or similar)
- Experience with agile metrics and tools (preferably Azure DevOps)
- Fluent in Englisch, German is an advantage
- Proven leadership skills: Ability to lead by example and drive change within the team & organizationExperience in facilitating meetings and workshops
