Service Business Officer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Create and oversee models to forecast the need for maintenance and service programs, aiding sales and operational plans
- Aid in financial forecasting and planning, emphasizing yearly and mid-term financial projections
- Develop business proposals to improve fleet management and lifecycle cost control
- Set up and refine SAP networks to track and manage service-related finances
- Support the coordination of cross-functional activities within the business aviation team, focusing on business or customer engagement assessments.
Profile
- Possess a degree or equivalent qualification with a strong grasp of business and financial principles
- Have hands-on experience in fleet simulation, risk evaluation, and scenario planning
- Exhibit technical expertise or customer service background, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (including reporting), enabling effective interaction and coordination across different business areas and locations
- Ideally, have knowledge of Capex – capitalized assets
- Be skilled in IT, particularly in using MS Excel or similar software
- Have excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English
