Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Oversee and steer software delivery across all teams and workstreams related to ServiceNow, Salesforce and IQGEO
- Act as the primary liaison between TechM, internal stakeholders, and product & application owners by building and maintaining strong relationships, managing expectations and facilitating communication
- Track and report on delivery metrics (e.g. story points delivered, sprint velocity, burn-down charts, milestone achievement)
- Develop and execute reporting mechanisms to drive partner performance and project governance during the implementation of ServiceNow and Salesforce
- Manage contractual obligations and enforce SLA adherence with TechM to support the successful delivery of key milestones
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration to manage interdependencies
- Identify delivery risks and issues and ensure mitigation plans are in place
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the software delivery stream to enhance efficiency and quality
- Ensure high-quality, on-time, and budget-compliant delivery in line with agile and/or hybrid delivery models
Profile
- Solid experience in IT service delivery or program management roles
- Strong understanding of Agile software development practices (Scrum, SAFe) and tooling (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Experience working with or managing outsourced or offshore development teams, ideally with Tech Mahindra or similar system integrators
- Strong qualities in guiding and motivating teams
- Ability to manage across multiple teams, tools, and platforms, ensuring alignment and performance
- Experience in managing delivery reporting, KPIs, and contract adherence
- Experience with either Salesforce or ServiceNow
- Experience in telecommunication is highly desirable
