Senior Project Management Officer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Supporting the GRC Transformation Project Manager as PMO and to maintain project management activities
- Project / Program administration
- Organization of team meetings / workshop logistics
- Support in the production and maintenance of project documentation
- Project plan creation and maintenance
- Project status reports and financial forecasts required as part of project control
- Documentation and tracking of project risks, issues, action logs and project deliverables
Profile
- Several years of experience in the required evnironment
- Verbal and written communication skills and analytical and problem solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
- Delivering on priorities
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data
- Ability to remain flexible in response to changing priorities
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Ability to collaborate cross functions and BUs
