Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee operational distribution and logistics activities, including coordination with internal teams and external logistics providers
- Monitor inventory levels and anticipate supply chain risks, implementing corrective actions when needed
- Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across distribution and logistics processes
- Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and service improvements
- Provide training and guidance on logistics processes and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and support business objectives
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of logistics experience, including at least 2 years in a biotech/pharmaceutical or regulated international environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting and work effectively across functions
- Project management experience and strong teamwork skills
- Knowledge of supply chain tools such as Oracle, SAP, PowerBI, Hyperion, or TrackWise
- Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt certification is an advantage
