Definition: What is Temporary Assignment?

Temporary assignment is a particular form of employment where workers are not directly employed by the company in which they actually work. Instead, there is a triangular relationship between the worker, the temporary employment agency (employer), and the client company.

In this working relationship, we, as a temporary employment agency, establish an employment contract with the worker. The agency assumes the classic employer tasks, such as salary payment and social contributions. However, the actual work is performed by the worker in the client company. The client company determines the workplace, working hours, and specific tasks, and therefore has the right to give instructions.
