Consolidation Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the group
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies
- Coordinate with local finance teams across subsidiaries to collect and validate financial data
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
- Support the implementation and maintenance of consolidation tools and systems
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management, auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Improving quality in reporting by participating in the continuous improvement of consolidation processes and internal controls
- Support M&A activities, including integration of newly acquired entities into the consolidation process
- Collaborate with external auditors during the year-end audit process
Profile
- Professional experience in Audit and/or Accounting in multinational companies, preferable in a producing industry
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Profound IFRS knowledge, knowledge of other GAAP is a plus
- Experience with consolidation software (HFM preferred)
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures and time zones
- High level of self organization and organizational skills

Salary information
- The annual gross salary for this position is at least €70.000 (based on full-time employment). Depending on qualifications and professional experience, overpayment is possible. We look forward to receiving your application!
