Digital Transformation Specialist - Generative AI Projects (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze design control processes to identify pain points and opportunities for leveraging Generative AI to increase productivity, taking into account the Roche corporate AI strategy
- Identify the use cases for automating and digitalizing work processes, key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the AI implementation
- Lead the development of a proof of concept for a selected AI concept, working with internal resources or external partners to deliver a demonstrable solution within a 3-4 month cycle
- Support the development, validation and scale-up of an chosen AI implementation
- Actively participate in an agile environment, contributing to project planning, execution, and delivery
Profile
- Degree in IT or internal development processes and/or digitalization in a regulated environment
- Experience in a regulated environment, such as the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Deep familiarity with engineering design processes and design control documentation
- Experience working with agile methodologies, including an understanding of a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) setup
- Proven ability to conduct business analysis and translate business needs into actionable use cases for technological solutions
- A strong interest and foundational knowledge in Generative AI and its application to business problems
- Knowledge in validation of computerized systems, ideally including AI capabilities
