Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate consolidation of financial information in accordance with IFRS principles
  • Serve as a point of contact for both internal departments and external auditors, fostering seamless communication and cooperation
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring all entries are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with local and international standards
  • Assist with the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits, leveraging your audit expertise to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements for accounting procedures, contributing to the streamlining of financial operations

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
  • Demonstrated experience in auditing within a public accounting firm, providing a solid foundation in financial rules and regulatory requirements
  • Strong understanding of IFRS with hands-on experience or training relevant to group accounting applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively manage relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Sharp analytical abilities complemented by meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with financial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel skills are advantageous

Salary information

  • The compensation for this position is at least 60.000 € gross per month. An overpayment is possible, depending on qualifications and experience.
