ISMS Implementer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all ISMS activities - risk analyses, audits, remediation tracking - for OT environments
- Localize and deploy the OT ISMS framework
- Draft, maintain and refine OT-specific standards/procedures/work instructions to ensure cybersecurity resilience and compliance
- Translate regulatory requirements (NIS2, KRITIS, etc.) into OT controls
- Improve risk methods and tools
- Perform OT risk assessments and write reports
- Lead compliance checks and support audits
- Monitor audit findings and work with stakeholders to drive corrective actions to closure
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review ISMS status, risks and remediation plans
- Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization to convert repeatable ISMS activities into BAU
Profile
- Experienced in OT environments with focus on Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Skilled in compliance checks and risk assessments
- Strong knowledge of OT infrastructure and architecture
- Experience in ISMS and information assurance
- Familiar with information security standards such as ISO27xxx, NIS2, IEC 62443, B3S, UK NIS CAF
- Cyber Security qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP are a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
