
Performance Engineer (m/f/d)




Responsibilities
- Design, implement & execute performance benchmarks & contribute to automation frameworks
- Analyze & interpret performance metrics across layers (hypervisor, OS, container, network, storage)
- Identify bottlenecks & collaborate with Red Hat & IBM development teams to implement performance improvements
- Evaluate different IBM Z & RHOCP configurations & find tunings for performance & efficiency
- Contribute to technical documentation & provide best practices for OpenShift performance
Profile
- Experience in performance engineering & benchmarking
- Deep understanding of Linux Systems & Container orchestration
- Proficiency in using performance tools, e. g. perf, sar, Prometheus/Grafana
