- Provide strategic project management and operational support for Medical Affairs initiatives, including KOL engagements, congress activities, and digital transformation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Project management expertise across KOL engagements, congress planning, and internal repository improvements
- Proficiency in digital platforms such as Veeva Insights, congress tools, and DRCStrong written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement and reporting
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Skilled in cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or related field
- Solid experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries
- Familiarity with Medical Affairs operations and project management practices
- Understanding of compliance standards in medical sponsorships and documentation
- Experience in developing dashboards and performance metrics for strategic evaluation
