Reliability Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Determine maintenance strategies based on Equipment/System importance level for new and existing equipment/System
- Develop maintenance plans for new and existing equipment/systems and responsible for the technical content of preventive maintenance SOPs
- Responsible for the effectiveness of the maintenance programs, ensure accurate work instructions
- Identify opportunities of improvement to optimize the preventive maintenance system
- Responsible for accurate content of equipment master data within CMMS and complete and updated content
- Define the content of the equipment spare parts list (EPL), BOMs, and stock level
- Participate in the development and evaluation of technical suppliers and/or providers of maintenance services
- Apply and teach Reliability concepts. Provide necessary training and skill refinement to technicians and operators
Profile
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- English speaking and writing
- Knowledge on CMMS system (JDE, SAP..)Language skills: Fluent in English and French
- Knowledge of operational maintenance methods
- Strong analytical skills and method oriented
